It is with this spirit, that we established Minori in the Summer of 2012.
Our journey starts at a chicken farm on a small, rented plot of land in Takomachi, Chiba.
The Japanese character for Minori carries an abundance of meanings including Tagayasu
cultivating, plowing, Hyakusho farmer, farming, and Nogyo agriculture.

We have realized safe and secure product manufacturing by consistently performing production, processing, and sales.
Production Business
The number of abandoned farming land in Japan continues to increase
year by year. Due to the aging of farmers and the lack of successors to
take over, the number of soon-to-be abandoned land is even more than the
already abandoned land.
Human Resource Development Business
Japan has entered a super-aging society phase, and in order to revitalize the
economy, it is essential to secure a young labor force. In recent years, about
300,000 foreign students come to Japan annually, and the number of technical
trainees has reached about 400,000
Overseas Business
Currently, we employ people from over 14 countries including Bangladesh, Sri
Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia, Philippines, and Nepal, bringing together a
wide range of backgrounds, nationalities, races, as well as ages and genders.
